Landoria game mode

Normal

Beyond the mist, an untamed tenth world waits beneath Yggdrasil. Explore every biome, face the Forsaken, and write a shared saga without losing the original Valheim journey.

01

The original journey, shared

  • Progression, survival, resources, exploration, and quests stay as close as possible to the original Valheim experience.
  • Discover every biome and defeat its boss, or choose personal goals and shape a different saga.
  • Normal is cooperative: PvP is disabled by default and works only when both players explicitly enable it.

02

Server-protected characters

  • Create a new character when joining Landoria for the first time.
  • The server stores the authoritative profile and inventory, preventing outside item imports, local restores, and duplication.
  • The same character and progression can travel between Landoria Normal worlds.

Adventure as a group

  • Create a persistent group of up to five players with private world-wide chat.
  • Group members share map pings and real-time positions, while players outside the group remain hidden.
  • Use and maintain structures owned by the group while outside buildings and their interactions remain protected.

Familiar survival, built for shared worlds

Normal preserves Valheim's progression while making a large persistent world safer, fairer, and easier to share with an active community.

  • Protected property: players outside the group cannot destroy or use its structures, doors, chests, or crafting stations.
  • Shared upkeep: buildings degrade only while their owner or another member of the owner's group is connected.
  • Sealed tombstones: equipment cannot be stolen; a connected owner may explicitly authorize a trusted Viking to recover it.
  • Consistent clients: every connection is checked for the exact expected and permitted mods, keeping everyone under the same rules.
  • Shared boss powers: a defeated boss trophy unlocks its power and is then released so another player can use the temple place.
  • Separate progression: a Normal character stays in Normal worlds, while every player may register another character for Hammer or future modes.
  • Community capacity: active players keep their server place, while places left inactive for a prolonged period may open to someone waiting.
