Do I need to buy Valheim to connect to a Landoria server?
Yes. You need to own Valheim to play on a Landoria server. You can buy it on Steam.
Which platforms are supported?
Landoria officially supports the Steam version of Valheim running on Windows. macOS and Linux may also work if r2modman and BepInEx work correctly on those systems, but they are not officially supported at this time. Xbox and other console versions are not supported.
What are the prerequisites for joining a Landoria server?
Before joining a Landoria server, you need:
- Valheim in your Steam account.
- r2modman, the mod manager used by Landoria, installed on your computer.
- You must be at least 16 years old or have permission from your legal guardian.
Which game modes does Landoria offer?
Landoria currently offers two game modes:

Can I join multiple servers?
You can join one server per game mode. Since Landoria currently offers two game modes, you can currently join up to two servers. You will need to use a different character for each game mode.
Is my place on a server reserved?
Yes. Once you join a server, you are added to the list of players who can access it. However, you may lose your place if you do not connect for an extended period. You can register for the server again if space is available. If the server is full, you can join its waiting list instead.
Is access to Landoria community servers paid?
Landoria currently offers players a 30-day free trial. After the trial period, a monthly subscription is required to continue using the servers hosted by the Landoria platform.
Where are the servers hosted?
Landoria servers are hosted in Switzerland using Infomaniak Cloud. Their location in the heart of Europe helps provide low latency for players connecting from European countries.
Is the Landoria platform secure?
Landoria takes extensive measures to provide the highest possible level of security. Payments are handled by the external payment service provider Stripe. Landoria does not store card details or other payment credentials on its servers. Landoria requests only a valid email address and the Steam ID associated with the player's Steam account. The Steam ID is required to authorize the player on Landoria game servers; no other information from the player's Steam profile is stored.
Is Landoria affiliated with Valheim developer Iron Gate or publisher Coffee Stain?
No. Landoria is not affiliated with Iron Gate AB or Coffee Stain Publishing. Landoria is a community-run network that hosts Valheim servers on its own infrastructure. Landoria also publishes open-source mods that customize the player experience on its servers.
