Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 14 August 2026
These Terms govern Landoria accounts, free trials, and paid access to the Landoria community Valheim servers. Please read them before creating an account or purchasing access.
1. Service provider
Landoria is operated by PUZIN Digital Solutions, a sole proprietorship based in Geneva, Switzerland (the Provider).
Questions about these Terms or the service can be sent through the contact form.
2. Scope and acceptance
These Terms apply to use of the Landoria website, player accounts, launcher, community features, and access to Landoria-hosted Valheim worlds. By creating an account, joining a world, or purchasing access, the user accepts the version of these Terms presented at that time.
Any terms that cannot legally be limited or excluded under mandatory consumer law remain unaffected. If a user does not accept these Terms, they must not use the service.
3. Eligibility and accounts
Users must provide accurate information, keep their login credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. An account may not be sold, transferred, or shared in a way that bypasses access restrictions. Users are responsible for activity performed through their account.
A Steam account and a lawful copy of Valheim may be required to use game services. Steam and Valheim are third-party services and products governed by their own terms.
4. Free trial
Where offered, a new eligible user receives one seven-day free trial. No payment method is required for the trial. The trial does not renew automatically and may be limited to one trial per person, household, Steam account, or other reasonable anti-abuse identifier.
5. Paid access and contract formation
Paid access currently costs EUR 6.90 or CHF 6.50 for one month, depending on the currency offered and selected at checkout. The price and currency displayed at checkout are the total amount payable for that order. Before payment, the user can review the selected service, price, currency, and payment details on Stripe's hosted checkout page and correct errors before submitting the order.
Clicking the final payment button submits a binding order. The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed and Landoria displays or sends confirmation. The purchased month begins after any current trial or paid period, so access periods do not overlap.
6. Payments and renewal
Payments are processed by Stripe. Landoria does not receive or store complete payment-card details. The payment methods available at checkout may vary by country and by Stripe's availability.
Each checkout currently purchases one month as a one-time payment. Landoria will not debit a payment method automatically unless an automatic renewal option, its frequency, its price, and the method for cancelling it are expressly presented and accepted during checkout. An account preference alone does not authorise a charge.
7. Cancellation and refunds
A user can stop purchasing further months at any time. Access already purchased remains available until the end of the applicable access period unless the account is suspended for a serious breach of these Terms.
Switzerland does not provide a general statutory withdrawal period for online purchases. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, completed access periods and periods that have already started are not refundable. Users should contact Landoria promptly in cases of duplicate payment, incorrect charging, or a material failure to provide the purchased service. This section does not restrict any mandatory rights available in the user's country of residence.
8. Community conduct
Users must treat other community members respectfully and must not:
- harass, threaten, discriminate against, impersonate, or deliberately disrupt other users;
- cheat, exploit vulnerabilities, evade moderation, or interfere with servers or accounts;
- upload or share unlawful, infringing, malicious, or clearly inappropriate content;
- use the service for commercial spam, fraud, or unauthorised access; or
- violate applicable law, server rules, or reasonable moderator instructions.
9. Moderation and suspension
Landoria may remove content, restrict features, suspend access, or close an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, or the community; investigate suspected abuse; comply with law; or address a breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, the Provider will consider the seriousness, frequency, and context of the conduct before acting.
A user may contact Landoria to ask for a moderation decision to be reviewed. Nothing in this section requires the Provider to retain unlawful content or leave systems exposed to an immediate security risk.
10. Availability and changes to the service
Landoria is a hosted online community service and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, game updates, third-party outages, security incidents, capacity limits, or events outside the Provider's reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
The Provider may update game configurations, mods, worlds, rules, features, or technical requirements. Material changes that substantially reduce an already purchased service will be communicated where reasonably possible and handled in accordance with applicable law.
11. Worlds, characters, and backups
Users should keep their own copies of locally stored characters and other files where Valheim allows it. Landoria uses operational safeguards and backups, but cannot promise that every world state, item, build, character, or user-generated contribution can always be restored. Deliberate attempts to corrupt or manipulate game data are prohibited.
12. Software and intellectual property
Landoria's website, branding, original software, configurations, and original content remain owned by the Provider or the relevant licensors. Users receive only a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them as necessary to access the service during an eligible access period.
Valheim, Steam, and third-party mods, libraries, trademarks, and content belong to their respective owners. Landoria is an independent community service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Iron Gate, Coffee Stain Publishing, Valve, or third-party mod authors unless expressly stated.
The original Landoria mods published in the LandoriaMods GitHub repository are open-source software distributed under the MIT License. Third-party dependencies and bundled content remain subject to their respective licences.
13. User content
Users retain their rights in content they submit. They grant the Provider a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, and process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service. The licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to reasonable backups, legal retention duties, and content shared with others as part of community history.
14. Data protection
The Provider processes account, payment-reference, support, security, and service-usage data to provide and protect Landoria, administer purchases, communicate with users, and comply with legal obligations. Payment information is also processed by Stripe under its own privacy terms. Users may contact the Provider to exercise applicable data-protection rights or ask how their personal data is handled.
15. Liability
The Provider remains liable where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, including for wilful misconduct and gross negligence. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, third-party services, user conduct, or losses caused by events outside the Provider's reasonable control. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
16. Changes to these Terms
The Provider may update these Terms for legal, security, technical, or service-related reasons. The current version and its effective date will be published on this page. Material changes affecting an active paid period will be communicated in a reasonable manner and will not apply retroactively where prohibited by law.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Geneva, Switzerland, have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer jurisdiction or other mandatory protections that apply to the user. Users are encouraged to contact Landoria first so that concerns can be resolved informally where possible.
